Crystal Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and related maintenance services. All services are performed according to the terms outlined in your signed service contract or accepted quote.
Service contracts specify the scope, frequency, and pricing of recurring services. Contracts automatically renew on an annual basis unless cancelled by either party with written notice. Contract pricing is locked at the time of signing and applies for the duration of the contract term.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time. If access is not available at the time of service, Crystal Cleaning reserves the right to charge for the scheduled visit. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your scheduled appointment and to reschedule if necessary due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Prices are based on the quote or contract agreed upon at the time of service engagement. Payment is due upon completion of each service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment via credit card (processed securely through Stripe), check, or cash.
If you have a card on file for recurring services, it will be charged automatically upon service completion. A processing fee may apply to credit card payments as disclosed at the time of payment. Late payments may be subject to follow-up communications.
You may cancel a service contract at any time by contacting us. Cancellation of individual appointments should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website quote request form, during an in-person quote presentation, or when signing a service contract, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Crystal Cleaning. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, invoice notifications, and promotional offers for additional services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and promotional activity. Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent from (801) 340-8312.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Crystal Cleaning. Reply HELP to (801) 340-8312 for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect service-related communications sent via email. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.
Crystal Cleaning carries appropriate insurance coverage for our services. We take reasonable care to prevent damage to your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during the course of service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the situation promptly.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge.
Crystal Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
